How deletion works

This page is a guide. To close an account, sign in as its owner and open Parents โ†’ Parent account settings โ†’ Close account. Review the scope, confirm, and verify again there. Requests go directly to the account service. Queued status means accepted, not that every record is already erased.

Shared account scope

KodingKids uses a shared Dihaw identity. Automated closure affects the shared account and cleans up its Social workspace. The service retains some account and billing records; this flow does not guarantee erasure of every record in every product. KodingKids-only account deletion is not available yet. This shared account closure flow does not automatically erase the KodingKids cloud snapshot.

Device copies

The server does not delete local learning data. Export projects you want to keep, then open Parents โ†’ Family data. Repeat on other devices and delete unwanted exported files.
